Rehabilitation of existing 1935’s “Spanish Revival” building at the University of Puerto Rico.  Using the neighboring sport facilities as guide, the project restores the former Faculty as an Athlete’s Center with gymnasium and administration offices. The design maintains the building’s original appearance while emphasizing its key features like the central patio and its connection to the new plaza.
