Helvetia del Caribe is a Puerto Rican company that develops and implements IT solutions. The new office located in Carolina, Puerto Rico occupy a space of approximately 8,000 square feet. The project arises after the building was affected by the impact of Hurricane Maria in 2017. After being completely devastated, an efficient space was designed with a central corridor and a central access hall with all the closed spaces situated towards the walls. The new space includes reception area, computer center with a wide variety of equipment, an area for the Research and Development Department, new office areas, quiet rooms, conference rooms, collaborative areas, Break room area, and storage to adapting the new philosophies of collaborative work in their corporative office spaces. The challenge was to promote through design, teamwork between different generations and consolidate the remodeled office into a new collective space.
