This project consists of the renovation of an existing office space at Centro Internacional de Mercadeo 90, Carr.165 Torre 2 Suite 800 in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The construction consists of additional offices and cubicle areas. This project renews Glaxo Smith Kline's  office area by providing new workstations, quiet rooms, conference rooms, collaborative areas and storage to adapting the new philosophies of collaborative work in their corporative office spaces. The challenge was to promote through design, teamwork between different generations. The retrofit consolidates the remodeled office, transforming the individual space into a new collective space.
