Development of an abandoned lot in the urban area of Ciales, P.R. for mixed use. The program contemplates the development of commercial space in the first level and housing use in the second and third level. The project also contemplates the construction of vehicular accesses in the back space of the lot and pedestrian connectors that cross the commercial spaces. The architectural composition proposes compositional games of variations in the facades and in the modulation of the planes of the facades.
