Chick-fil-A is one of the largest fast food restaurant chains in the United States. As part of their international growth efforts, the company chose Puerto Rico as one of their new expansion markets. In 2020 Rafael Castro Montes de Oca Architects was selected by Chick-fil-A to be the Architect-of-Record for their Puerto Rico restaurants. RCMdO provided them with a full design package including Architecture, Structural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, as well as Permit Diligence and Construction Administration. We are also actively involved in the study and design of future custom restaurant prototypes for the island. The first restaurant opened in 2022 in which is located in the municipality of Bayamon, Puerto  Rico.
