This project consists of the renovation of an existing office space from the second to the sixth floor of 273 Ponce de Leon Avenue in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico. The construction consists of additional offices, cubicle areas, conference rooms, breaks rooms and trainings areas. The intervention focuses specifically in approximately 60,665 pc of construction. These carpeted areas accommodate approximately 800 employees in total.
