GENERAL INFO:

AMEC intends to contract for the planning services for a vacant lot in Canóvanas, PR. This design services include Architectural and Engineering design services for a new Church building. The new building construction will include approximately 50,000 square feet. The following service proposal responds to AMEC’s intention to build and develop a new Church building located at State Road #3 Intersection #9959 Canóvanas. The planned 50,000 ft2 site should have a capacity for 1,200 congregants, between 800 to 900 parking spaces, an administration area, multifunctional spaces, five classrooms (three of them with bathrooms), an audiovisual room with radio and internet with live streaming capacity. Among the church’s needs is to increment the altar’s multi functionality capability and a cafeteria with capacity for 300 people.
