A 114 single-family apartments for people with low income, to be developed in a lot with an approximate capacity of 2.8 acres. The individual apartments have to be distributed in basic clusters of 2 units per level, all stowed in three levels, for a total of 6 apartments. This space provides a place for recreation and recreation while it functions to order internal traffic within the complex and structure the parking system, which has 137 parking spaces. The project also contemplates the construction of vehicular accesses with the avenue and pedestrian connectors and sidewalks through the premises.
